About the Event

Begin your Sunday morning with a Sound Bath Experience in the Autry’s theater, where layered tones from crystal singing bowls and modular synthesizers create an immersive, meditative soundscape. Seated comfortably, you’ll have space to slow down, settle your attention, and arrive differently.

Following the sound bath, guests are invited to carry this quieter, more focused state into the museum galleries. The program will highlight a single featured work and offer simple prompts to support deep or mindful looking—an opportunity to spend unhurried time with one object and notice details that might otherwise be missed. Gallery admission is included with your ticket and is valid for the full day. The sound bath portion of the morning takes place in the Autry Theater and may be experienced while seated in a chair

About the artists:

Modular Sound Bath is a duo interested in raising vibrations via direct tonal healing. Their sound baths stimulate the body and mind, bringing participants into a more balanced and aware state of being. The steadiness of the crystal singing bowls pairs beautifully with the varied arrangements available with modular synthesis, sometimes melding the frequencies seamlessly and sometimes adding texture to the relaxing hum of the bowls. @modularsoundbath
